Prices for windows that have a larger surface area than 6FT x 6Ft, will follow the same rule as the previous smaller ones, each time the window size increases fitting 2FT more in coverage, the amount of $1.00 shall be added to the cost of the Interior or Exterior price (per Pane) and the total amount of the Interior and Exterior combined (per Pane) shall equally increase the total prior a $2.00 cost, and so on.....

How does the window clean process work?

What is to be expected when my exterior Windows are cleaned:

Same standard clean, streak free windows, but can be handled either by the traditional squeegee/ coarser outside applicator technique, towel dried so there is minimal drip from seals/edges; or we may use a newer style of technique, using a water-fed brush pole system. The water fed pole option is the best choice to make when wanting windows to be completely transformed into crystal clear, spotless, and environment friendly. The water comes right from your hose spigot, through our portable system, then out from the end a horsehair bristled brush, gently scrubbing then rinsing the dirt, grime, and cobwebs, right off! No harsh chemicals, plant friendly, and little to low cost! The Best part is that it can air dry and it doesn't leave any marks or spots as its pure water..... What is to be expected from an interior window clean:

Standard, cleaning of all accessible windows, streak free, wiped down window sills, no mess W/ with softer applicator for indoors & squeegee technique, towel dried to ensure no water remains on the edges. Furniture may need to be moved before or during the time the window tech arrives. If your window contains a screen on the outside and the tech has to remove it themselves, this may result in a fee of $0.50 per screen removed. Please remember to have all screens and/Furniture moved while the tech is on-site.

***These are not fixed prices, and these should only be used to estimate an amount based on the total value of service performed on each window that was cleaned including any additional services provided at the time, and other factors may alter the amount, such as window sizes, if they reach sizes larger than 4FT x 4FT in surface area, Hard water chemical clean is required to restore a window, or if your window is one of our Specialty windows.
