Q: Do you offer any discounts or promos to new clients or to long-term clients?

A: Yes. We are currently offering a 20% discount for new clients on services totaling over $100.00. To receive this discount, simply mention that you are a new client when scheduling through our website or by phone. We also provide occasional seasonal and holiday promotions, which will be posted on our "Promotions and Discounts" page. Be sure to check for any available promos to apply before booking!

Q: What kind of products will be used and are they safe for my plants/animals to be around?

A: Here at A&D, we only use products that are safe for both the windows and the surrounding environment. If you're ever unsure, please ask, and the details on the use of certain products and we'll be happy to answer them, before your service appointment.

Q: How do I reschedule my window clean appointment, and your policy on cancellation?

A: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request efficiently. We kindly ask that for at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a $25.00 rescheduling fee. If you cancel your appointment please be respectful of the notice given, and let us know as soon as possible. By giving proper advance, this helps us to maintain scheduling efficiency and continue to provide timely service to all our clients.

Q: How many people should I expect to be at my house, at the time of my window clean?

A: Any where from 1-2 of our staff will be assigned to each clean location whether it be a residential or commercial jobsite type. If your house is larger, or you have additional windows, please make sure to book your appointment before 5:00 pm to allow sufficient time to complete the service without feeling rushed, or pressured to finish before the sun sets.

Q: Do I need to remove any of my screens or large furniture prior to my appointment myself or am I okay to let the experts handle it for me?

A: As for the screens removed yes, If you will need the outer face to be cleaned, these should be removed before our scheduled visit, excluding those that are too difficult to remove. If any screens are needing special attention, let us know at the time of arrival, avoiding a potential fee for removal at $0.50 per screen. As for furniture, we can work around the larger pieces, and anything decorational will be up to you as the consumer, to either move or let the experts handle them with caution, putting everything right back where it was before the clean.

Q: How do the carpets stay clean when I have scheduled the inside windows to be cleaned?

A: If your worried about the wellness of your carpets, you will be glad to hear, that we train our team to be extremely cautious when inside homes/businesses with flooring of any kind. We use professional grade beltside buckets for all tools that are in contact with water, avoiding dripping and spill incidents. We can insure that no floors will be damaged, or worried for when your window cleaning experts are A&D.

Q: Does someone need to be home at the time of my window clean? What if i have work at that time.

A: Nobody needs to be home during the time of the appointment, however our preference as a professional company, we'd much rather get to meet the community that we are servicing, as well as getting the opportunity to openly communicate with each other in terms of clarifications or confirming details before the start. We believe it is communicating this way, we strengthen the Business/Customer relationship and puts us one step closer to ensuring the comfortableness of both our you and the team.
